Denna policy beskriver hur appen ThirsTee – Digital Scorecard hanterar dina uppgifter. Appen tillhandahålls av West Co. AB, Sverige.
ThirsTee samlar inte in, lagrar eller delar några personuppgifter. Appen har inga konton, ingen analys, ingen spårning och ingen reklam.
Uppgifter vi samlar in
Inga. Vi samlar inte in namn, e-postadresser, telefonnummer, platsdata, kontakter, foton, enhets-ID:n, IP-adresser eller någon annan personuppgift. Du behöver inte skapa något konto för att använda appen.
Information som stannar på din enhet
Allt du matar in i appen — spelarnamn, poäng och inställningar — lagras enbart lokalt i din telefon under tiden du spelar. Informationen lämnar aldrig enheten och skickas aldrig till oss eller till någon tredje part.
Appen sparar också en teknisk markering om att åldersverifieringen genomförts. Den innehåller ingen födelsedata, endast ett ja eller nej, och raderas varje gång appen startas om. Det födelseår och den månad du anger vid åldersverifieringen används enbart för att räkna ut din ålder i samma ögonblick och sparas inte.
Avinstallerar du appen försvinner all denna information med den.
Nätverk och internet
ThirsTee fungerar helt utan internetanslutning. Appen gör inga nätverksanrop, hämtar inget innehåll utifrån och skickar ingen data någonstans.
Tredjepartstjänster
Appen innehåller inga analysverktyg, inga annonsnätverk, inga sociala inloggningar och inga andra tredjepartsbibliotek som samlar in data.
Laddar du ner appen från App Store eller Google Play samlar Apple respektive Google in viss information om nedladdningen enligt sina egna villkor. Detta sker utanför appen och omfattas av Apples integritetspolicy och Googles integritetspolicy.
Barn och åldersgräns
ThirsTee är avsedd enbart för personer som fyllt 18 år och riktar sig inte till barn. Appen har en obligatorisk åldersverifiering vid start. Eftersom inga uppgifter samlas in kan vi inte heller av misstag samla in uppgifter från minderåriga.
Dina rättigheter enligt GDPR
Dataskyddsförordningen ger dig rätt att begära tillgång till, rättelse av och radering av dina personuppgifter. Eftersom vi inte samlar in eller lagrar några personuppgifter finns det inga uppgifter om dig hos oss att begära ut, ändra eller radera.
Ändringar i denna policy
Skulle appen i framtiden få funktioner som hanterar personuppgifter uppdaterar vi denna sida och anger ett nytt datum högst upp innan ändringen träder i kraft.

This policy explains how the ThirsTee – Digital Scorecard app handles your information. The app is provided by West Co. AB, Sweden.
ThirsTee does not collect, store or share any personal data. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no tracking and no advertising.
Data we collect
None. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, contacts, photos, device identifiers, IP addresses or any other personal information. No account is required to use the app.
Information that stays on your device
Everything you enter in the app — player names, scores and settings — is stored locally on your phone for the duration of play. It never leaves the device and is never transmitted to us or to any third party.
The app also stores a technical flag indicating that age verification has been completed. It contains no date of birth, only a yes or no, and is cleared every time the app restarts. The birth year and month you enter during age verification are used solely to calculate your age at that moment and are not saved.
Uninstalling the app removes all of this information.
Network and internet
ThirsTee works entirely offline. The app makes no network requests, loads no external content and transmits no data anywhere.
Third-party services
The app contains no analytics tools, no advertising networks, no social logins and no other third-party libraries that collect data.
If you download the app from the App Store or Google Play, Apple and Google respectively collect certain information about that download under their own terms. This happens outside the app and is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
Children and age restriction
ThirsTee is intended solely for people aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. The app includes a mandatory age verification screen on launch. As no data is collected, we cannot inadvertently collect information from minors.
Your rights under the GDPR
The General Data Protection Regulation gives you the right to request access to, correction of and deletion of your personal data. As we neither collect nor store any personal data, we hold no information about you to provide, amend or erase.
Changes to this policy
Should the app gain features that process personal data in the future, we will update this page and state a new date at the top before the change takes effect.
